Please check our Delivery Areas page to check if delivery is available to your address. If you are located outside of our delivery areas, you will need to arrange for pick up of your goods. We are working on expanding our delivery area, so please be sure to check back often to see if you have been included.
You can check how much delivery will be for you order by adding all of your required goods to the shopping cart and then clicking on the "Estimated Delivery" box towards the top right of the screen. You will then be presented with a list of all available delivery options and their associated prices for you post code. Please remember that if you add or remove items from you shopping cart, this will impact on the delivery cost.
All goods ordered will be despatched from our warehouse by the end of the next business day.
Our preference is that someone is at the delivery address to receive the goods. You can arrange a different delivery address if that is not possible.
Failing an available delivery contact, we can still deliver as long as the delivery point has a secure, undercover location for us to place the boxes in. This location must be specified on the order and you must be contactable by phone. You accept complete responsibility for any damages or loss that may happen to the goods in this instance.
All of our deliveries are made by general couriers and postage. This unfortunately makes it impossible for us to deliver at specific times of the day or to call prior to a delivery being made.
Once the goods have been despatched, you will be sent an email with a "shipped" order status. This email will also outline to you, the consignment number of your shipment, who the delivery company is, and provide details so that you can track the delivery of your parcel using their online systems or by calling them.
If our delivery services are not suitable for your requirements, then you can of course arrange to pick your boxes up from us. Collection is available from our Braeside premises from 9.00 to 4.30, Monday to Friday. You will receive your order confirmation via email, and then your boxes will be available for collection 1 hour later.
