Do you have suggestions on the best way to pack?

Accidents happen in moves, but careful packing can help ensure that your goods stand the best possible chance of surviving any mishaps on the journey. Please view our packing tips and packing methods pages to get some helpful advice on the best way to pack your belongings.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia Wide via a general courier. In certain areas, we also have a local delivery service which offers more economical delivery. Please check our Delivery Areas page to see those areas.

How much will delivery cost?

Deliver costs vary depending on exactly what you are ordering and where in Australia it is going to. To get an accurate cost of delivery, please ensure that you have added all of the goods you would like to your online shopping cart. Once you have selected all of your goods, you can click on the “Delivery Estimate” box that is towards the top right hand side of the screen. This will open a pop up window in which you can enter you post code. Once you have submitted your post code, you will be presented with a list of all available delivery options and their relative costs that are applicable to your chosen post code.

How long will my cartons take to arrive?

All good are despatched from our warehouse within 1 business day of receiving the order.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Our preference is that someone is at the delivery address to receive the goods. You can arrange a different delivery address if that is not possible.

Can the delivery company leave my goods in a specified location if I cannot be at home?

Failing an available delivery contact, we can still deliver as long as the delivery point has a secure, undercover location for us to place the boxes in. This location must be specified on the order and you must be contactable by phone. You accept complete responsibility for any damages or loss that may happen to the goods in this instance.

Can you call me prior to delivery so that I can be home?

Unfortunately this is not possible. We use general couriers and postage to deliver our packages. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a consignment number and the delivery companies details, which you will then be able to use to track your delivery online.

Can you deliver at specific times of the day?

Once again this is unfortunately not possible with general couriers and postage.

Can I pick up instead of having my boxes delivered?

Unfortunately our warehouse is unmanned, so pickups are not available.

Can I pay COD?

Due to the fact that we use a freight service to deliver, we do not the have the ability to process payments at the point of delivery.

Are the cardboard boxes you supply environmentally friendly?

Our products are very environmentally friendly, all the corrugated cardboard boxes supplied by are 100% recyclable.

I have seen some really cheap boxes offered for sale elsewhere, are they any good?

Without knowing the specifics of what you have seen, it is difficult to comment. However, you need to have a good look at what you are purchasing. Perhaps the cartons are second hand, you won’t know what they were previously used for and perhaps they are weakened from the previous use or even worse, perhaps they are soiled. Moving is stressful enough without risking your valuables in sub-standard cartons.
